Opened in November 2004, the Windsor Plaza Hotel is Vietnam's newest deluxe hotel, shopping center, entertainment complex, and conference facility.

An Dong Plaza shopping center on the lower levels is comprised of nearly 1,500 shops, a supermarket, a games room and an outside beer garden. The hotel's lower lobby on the ground floor directly connects with the main lobby and Cafe Central on the fourth floor via express elevators. Above the main lobby are Club 99 night club, Ngan Dinh Chinese restaurant, a gambling casino, the largest conference and banquet hall in Ho Chi Minh City, and a massage and beauty treatment center.

Guest rooms begin on the ninth floor. Because there is no other building taller than nine stories in the immediate area, all rooms have unobstructed views of the city. Above the guest rooms is the fitness center, a rooftop swimming pool and a fine dining restaurant with a spectacular 360 degree view of all of Saigon.

Banquet, Events and Theme Parties

The Windsor Vietnam Group is one of the oldest and most respected restaurant and catering companies in Vietnam. We have been creating parties and catering functions since 1992. Each one of our eight kitchens prepares unique international cuisines, as our chefs and food and beverage staff come from many different countries.

We strive to offer exceptional Vietnamese experiences at every function. Where else, for example, can you hold a party for 60 people and seat them all at one round table? If you need an unusual theme party or function, we can provide experiences available nowhere else. The Windsor Plaza Hotel has a sales and event management team with staff who have worked for many years with incentives, conferences and meetings all around the world.

Shopping Center

An Dong Plaza Shopping Mall, located on the first four levels of the Windsor Plaza Hotel complex, was constructed to combine the experience of a typical Vietnamese market with the security and comfort of a western style shopping mall.

The air-conditioned shopping mall consists of nearly 1,500 small proprietor-owned shops, a beer garden and coffee shop, a supermarket, an electronic games center, a bank and a post office. The shops offer everything from jewellry, handicrafts and clothing to housewares and exotic foods.

The items on sale at An Dong Plaza that are locally made and are popular with tourists are generally less expensive than comparable items sold in the business district. Many of the shops with locally made items will bargain, while those with imported goods will not sell for less than the listed prices.

Ngan Dinh Chinese Restaurant

The most elegant Chinese restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City, with award-winning chefs from Hong Kong and the Szechuan province of China. Serving Dim Sum from 7:00 AM until 2:00 PM and dinner from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Lunch and dinner ala carte menu offering Cantonese, Chao Zhou and Szechuan delicacies, with an emphasis on fresh seafood. Both salt water and fresh water fish and crustaceans on display in live fish tanks at the entrance to the main dining room. For entertaining VIP customers, we have 12 private dining rooms which seat between ten and forty people.

Elegant Fine Dining restaurant and cocktail lounge, serving continental cuisine and offering an extensive wine selection from around the world. The The most spectacular 360 degree view of all of Ho Chi Minh City, including a breathtaking panorama of the entire business district from the dining room. Long wooden bar and cocktail lounge, plus an extensive outside dining area with 150 seats, providing the perfect setting for private cocktail parties.

Executive Lounge

The executive lounge is for exclusive use of guests staying on the executive floors.

Express check-in and check-out is provided at the executive lounge reception desk. Guests may use the elevators from the ground floor lobby to reach the lounge from the hotel entrance. Access between the guestrooms and the executive lounge is either by an open staircase from the 20th to the 24th floors, or by the hotel elevators.

The lounge offers Continental breakfast from 07:00 to 10:00, tea/coffee service with canapes and pastries throughout the morning and afternoon, followed by afternoon and evening cocktails with hors d'oeuvres.

The lounge has two internet stations and two meeting rooms, both of which are complimentary for the first hour with minimal charges for extended use.

Directions

From Tan Son Nhat International Airport, proceed south approximately one kilometer on Truong Son Street. Turn Left on Hoang Van Thu (Public Park on the left), then veer right on Nguyen Van Troi. Continue on Nguyen Van Troi (After the bridge, the name changes to Nam Khi Khoi Nghia) about five kilometers. Turn right on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai and proceed straight about two kilometers to the roundabout. Continue across the roundabout to Hung Vuong Street. Continue about a kilometer further to Su Van Hanh and turn left. The hotel entrance is one block ahead and on the right hand side of the street.

From the Business District, proceed west along Le Loi, through the roundabout at Ben Thanh Market to Tran Hung Dao. Continue west approximately two kilometers to Nguyen Van Cu St. Turn right and go three blocks to An Duong Vuong, then turn left. An Dong Plaza is one kilometer from Nguyen Van Cu on the right hand side of the street. The Windsor Plaza Hotel entrance is on the right side of An Dong Plaza, facing Su Van Hanh Street.
